Our
office accepts Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover, Money Order, & ATM's.
Payment Plans
We
have several different financial monthly payment plans
to enable most every person to proceed with their treatment.
Most payment plans have fast approval over the telephone
from Dental Fee, Care Credit, Bencharge and Unicom.
There are some plans that have rates as low as 0%. These
companies specialize in helping patients with larger
dental cases to receive the treatment they want. There
is no prepayment penalty. We can help you arrange the
credit from our office. Payments are as low as $50.00
per month.
Insurance
We
will assist you in maximizing your dental insurance
benefit by completing your claim forms at no extra charge.
We will inform you of your dental benefits before any
treatment is done. The claims will be transmitted via
computer modem before the end of the treatment day.
We do this as a courtesy for you. You will be asked
to pay your co-payment which will be determined at the
time of treatment or during your consultation.
This
co-payment is only an estimate based on the information
that the insurance company gives us. Many insurance
plans cover 100% of basic dental services with most
insurance plans covering 80% to as little as 30% for
treatment. This amount is determined by what type of
benefit package your employer has purchased. Some plans
base the amount of benefit on a schedule of fees arbitrarily
developed by insurance companies. For this reason, you
may receive a lower level indicated in your dental plan.
For example, if your plan states that it will pay 80%
of the cost of a specific treatment, it means 80% of
the fee arbitrarily determined by the insurance company
and not the actual fee charged by our office. The financial
obligation for dental treatment is between you and our
office. The insurance company is responsible to you,
and not to our office. The ultimate responsible party
is you. You must pay any balance not paid by the insurance
company.
