Gummy Smile

"I love my new smile. I am a fashion model and have always smiled a lot. When I came to Dr. Nolan I had crowns that I did not like. I had been to at least five other dentists before I decided on Dr. Nolan. I had my front teeth done several other times at other dentists and I was very unhappy. Before I had my teeth done, I was very self-conscious of how I would smile in photos. Wow, what a difference! Now, I never even think about my smile when I am having a photo session. Nina came to us after having been to several other dentists for treatment. She noticed that something did not look right about her smile and came to us with old crowns. She also showed a lot of gum tissue and inflammation of her gums when she smiled. She had a gummy smile. She was hesitant to try to improve her smile because her experience was that the results were poor. We placed all porcelain "ceramic crowns" on her four front teeth after performing some laser sculpting of the gum tissue to help create her new smile.
