Hank had not been to the dentist for over 25 years. He was very afraid to go having had numerous bad experiences when he was a child. He never smiled because he only had broken down roots and rotten teeth. Oral surgery was performed and 20 teeth were removed in one visit. He was provided with "sleep sedation." Then root canals, crowns, implants were placed in different areas of his mouth over the next six months. The most important part of Hank's treatment was reestablishing an excellent bite so he could speak clearly. A correctly positioned denture not only looks great but is also very comfortable.
