Permanent Crowns

Dear Dr. Nolan,

I want to join the ranks of patients who cannot thank you enough. I have a smile, the likes of which I thought I’d never see again.

I had not been to a dentist in twenty-five years and it certainly showed. I have a psychological fear of going to the dentist. I guess that comes under the guise of a phobia. Whatever it is, I know it’s completely irrational, but there never seemed as though there was anything I could do about it. I discovered you on the internet when I had decided; that finally had to do something. I was very pleased to see that I could contact you by email since that was easier than actually calling for an appointment. I was very surprised and quite pleased when I had a reply from you the very next day. This was the first indication of many that would follow to show your genuine care for your patients.

I’m extremely pleased with the permanent crowns you have given me and have received many compliments on my smile from friends and co-workers. To think that you did all that in just a few visits due to your “sleep” dentistry. I can’t say that I enjoyed my first trip on the way to your office, but once I arrived, you and your staff went the extra mile to make certain that you put me at ease and were unbelievably understanding of my nervousness.

I have told many people about you, I just go on talking like a commercial. Again, thank you!!
